1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services for buying and selling Krugerrands. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. 

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Buying Krugerrands

Pricing: The price of Krugerrands is subject to market fluctuations and will be determined at the time of purchase and be subject to a final quote.

Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp. 

Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept EFT or CASH deposit as payment, which will be specified during the checkout process.

Delivery: We will arrange for the delivery of the purchased Krugerrands to the address specified in your order. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability of courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

4. Selling Krugerrands

Evaluation: To sell your Krugerrands, you must send them to us for evaluation. We will provide a preliminary quote based on the information you provide us and the specific coins.

Offer: After evaluating your Krugerrands, we will make a formal offer. You can accept or reject this offer.

Payment: If you accept our offer, we will process the payment according to the agreed terms. Payments will be made through the method agreed upon during the transaction.

5. Returns and Refunds

Buying: All sales of Krugerrands are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is significantly different from what was described or ordered.

Selling: Once you accept our offer and we process the payment, the transaction is final and concluded.

6. Risk and Title

• Buying: The risk of loss or profit of the  Krugerrands passes to you upon delivery. 
• Title to the Krugerrands passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

Selling: The risk of loss or profit of Krugerrands passes to you upon full payment. 

7. Anti-Money Laundering Policy

RM Mine Metals strictly adheres to all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. We are committed to preventing any form of money laundering or illegal activity through our services. All transactions are subject to our AML policies and procedures, including customer identification and verification. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity suspected of involvement in money laundering or other illegal activities.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our privacy policy as we have to comply with FICA and KYC as a Krugerrand dealer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RM Mine Metals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of RSA.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

The gold and silver prices fluctuates constantly and prices will be updated daily according to this.

12 Packaging

All Gold Bullion will be sold in suitable packaging such as in capsules with gaskets and in a custom made box to add value for you and to protect the coins from wear and tear and damage.

All small batches of silver bullion will be sold in specially made non PVC plastic to protect the silver coins from wear and tear and damage.

Larger batches of 25 or more silver will be sold in custom made mint tubes.
